Unknown in firing of unknown persons: Justice Mohammad Ayub of High Court judge injured
The Peshawar High Court Judge Justice Muhammad Ayub and his driver were injured in firing of unidentified people in Hayatabad area of Peshawar.
According to SP Kent Waseem Riaz, unidentified persons opened fire on Peshawar High Court’s Justice Muhammad Ayub’s vehicle in the Hayatabad phase 5.
The police said that the car was shot from Pistol and Kalashnikov on the vehicle of Justice Muhammad Ayub in which the Peshawar High Court Judge and his driver were injured, who have been transferred to Hayatabad Medical Complex.
According to the Hayatabad Medical Complex Administration, the driver is being provided medical assistance.
Chief Justice Peshawar High Court Justice Waqar Ahmad Seth, in the wake of Justice Muhammad Ayub, after which he said that a shot was taken on the arm of Justice Muhammad Ayub, but his condition was out of danger.
The Chief Justice Peshawar High Court said that the police have asked the early arrest of the invaders, to be informed about the investigation immediately.
On the other hand, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Bar Council has called a strike call against the incident of Peshawar High Court.
Vice Chairman Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Bar Council said that lawyers will not participate in the judicial proceedings today, to arrest the suspects as soon as possible.
The Balochistan Bar Council has called a boycott call for the judicial proceedings across the province against the firing of Peshawar High Court.
