Taliban attack Helmand base, 23 Afghan soldiers killed

Taliban in Afghanistan attacked the combined US base of Afghan and Afghan forces, which resulted in 23 Afghan security personnel killed and several others were injured.

According to the foreign news agency, the Taliban attacked the joint US base in the US and Afghan forces with the help of modern weapons and suicide bombers in Shorab, Helmand province.

Afghanistan’s Defense Ministry spokeswoman said 23 Taliban deaths and 15 were injured in Taliban attacks. The spokesman also claimed to have killed 20 terrorists in the operation.

The governor’s spokesman, confirmed the 23 deaths in the process, and said that the Taliban had deployed 7 suicide bombers to attack those who were killed during clashes.
On the other hand, the Taliban claimed the attack on the Helmand Military Base, killing about 400 and Afghan security personnel, named Shurab Fidhi Operation.

The statement released on the Taliban website said 9 invaders participated in the funeral operation which resulted in 137 American soldiers including pilots.

Apart from this, the Taliban attacked 40 helicopters of military installations including several helicopters and combat planes, Hamavi and Armored Tanks, a number of vehicles, military ambulance, oil tanker, logistic depot, arms depot and a large workshop of planes. Has been claimed.

The Taliban’s claim has not been denied or confirmed by the Afghan authorities or the US military.
