Finland PM resigns, however coalition expected to survive

HELSINKI: Finnish Prime Minister Antti Rinne resig­ned on Tues once losing the support of the coalition partner Centre Party, thou­­gh the governing alliance is predicted to remain in power to avoid a snap election.
